This fully airconditioned 2 BHK apartment rests on the 2nd Floor without a lift. It can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 5 Adults. It has 2 Air-Conditioned bedrooms and one bedroom comes with a king-size double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds and a pullout bed. The pool is accessible to our guests. 24-hour security is provided. The apartment has a power backup facility and Wifi too.

* NO secure parking is available, my staff will be to help you with the parking on arrival.
Living Area :
The living room area is aircontioned with simple yet luxurious, fresh, and romantic and features modern decor, inclusive of 2 modern sofas, chairs, a ceiling fan, coffee table with a LED TV to relax and enjoy some entertainment.
Dining Area:
The Dining area is spacious with a table with six chairs and is a perfect setup to enjoy your meals and opens up to a balcony with a view of the complex.
Kitchen Area:
The Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an induction cooker, a hot water kettle, a frying pan, a kadai with a lid, pots and pans, plates, water jugs, a strainer, a chopping board, , crockery glasses, and cutlery. Tea and Sugar sachets are also provided during your stay. An iron is provided for guests' use.
Bedroom 1 :
It is air-conditioned with 2 single beds and one pull-out bed attached which sleeps three comfortably. It has a wardrobe, 2 side tables with one lamp, and 2 small wooden tables, and an en-suite bathroom with modern amenities. This bedroom has a balcony that is attached to the living area balcony with a view of the complex. Linen is provided.
Bedroom 2:
It is air-conditioned with a king-size double bed with 2 side tables with one lamp, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with modern amenities. It also has a balcony with a view of the complex. Linen is provided.
We provide housekeeping service every alternate day during your stay where the linen is changed and normal dusting and cleaning are provided.
There is a big common swimming pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. Swimming pool rules consist of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for males & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory.
Please switch off the lights and ACs when not in use or while away from home as Goa has a lot of load shedding and it may affect the appliances. Though we have power backup only for lights and fans.
