❖ Question: What are Business Residences? How is CMBR different from a 4-star hotel or serviced apartments
Answer: Casa Melhor Business residences are dedicated apartments/villas curated & designed for your corporate travel. They are fully serviced with a butler & a caretaker. Unlike a hotel, you can chose the location of your business residences as per your travel requirements. We offer 3/4/5 bedroom apartments and villas as your business residence

❖ Question: What about food and laundry at Casa Melhor business residences?
Answer: Our business residences are fully serviced and come with a butler / caretaker. Corporate travellers can chose from a set menu what they would like to eat and enjoy hot and delicious home cooked food. Unlike hotels, we include 1 set of laundry complimentary for each guest per day.

❖ Question: What about the safety of our employees?
Answer: Safety is our utmost concern too and thus all common areas are covered under CCTVs. Apart from this regular training on all safety & hygiene SOPs including but not limited to fire hazards, first aid training etc are provided to the caretakers. Casa Melhor operations team carries out regular weekly inspections of all properties covering a checklist of 15 parameters.

❖ Question: How will women employees be housed?
Answer: You have the option to dedicate rooms to women employees depending on expected travel.

❖ Question: Will there be guests from other companies sharing the apartment with us?
Answer: No. The business residence is dedicated only to your employees

❖ Question: How much does it cost to stay in CMBR? What are the important points to note?
Answer: We charge on a Per Room Night basis. Indicatively, in metro cities this may vary from INR 2500 to INR 3500 Per Room Night + Taxes. In Non Metros, the range varies from INR 1500 to INR 2500 Per Room Night + Taxes. We will scientifically give you the break up of all the costs in our proposal.
As the business residence is dedicated only for you, we like to sign a long term contract of 24 to 36 months basis your requirement with a 3-6 month termination notice.
